Spec 0 suggestion: Move the graph to a different page.

Split the spec 0 into: 
  - The spec & the explanation. 

Move the Gantt chart to an "ecosytem" page that contain the packages whether or not they spec 0 or not.
Also allows 2 ends date:
  - suggest bump min version date for dependencies
  - Actual end of support. 

Renaming to  "bump min-version date" may lift confusion on "support".
