My test server is in a local area network environment. My computer can ping the address and log in to BMC Web through the browser, but nojava ipmi kvm cannot connect. Is there any way to solve this problem

This is the relevant code for checking if the host is reachable:

A HEAD request is used to check the connectivity, which could in theory differ from a standard GET request which the browser uses to fetch the page. If you have curl available, you can check with

curl -I http://192.168.31.6

if your server handles HEAD requests. IMHO, every sane web server should handle HEAD requests if GET is supported, but I have already seen servers without HEAD support...
