Jeeves: build resource monitor

Execute a build system when a project resource changes.

Setup:

Install to:
  - OSX: /Users/_user_/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 2/Packages/Jeeves/
    
Click the Zip option above and extract to a 'Packages/Jeeves' folder.

Clone:
    git clone git://github.com/scarrillo/Jeeves-Sublime.git Jeeves

Custom Configuraton:

- Create a copy of "jeeves.sublime-settings" under /Packages/User
- Optionally add project folders to monitor exclusively for changes.
- Add custom build scripts per projects and file extensions
