CodeNav makes Visual Studio 2022 very unresponsive.

Thank you for your great extension,

but i found out it makes Visual Studio very unresponsive ... If i open a project with ~15 files which contains files of about 500 lines of code + a big one with 12k lines of code, then Visual Studio becomes very unresponsive and its analyzer tells me that it stopped responding for more than 5 seconds and suggests CodeNav to be disabled.

I hope this can be improved :)

Unfortunately the slowdown is a known issue that I am still trying to solve.
