Description of the bug

Report from GRIT:

Using the current upto date version of PretextGraph can lead to some Pretext maps generating a malformed graph. Malformed graphs appear to be almost completely sorted from treated coverage value to smallest.

Moving to pretextgraph 0.6.0 corrects the issue so we know that this is not an issue with the underlying bigwig data it self, but with PG >= 0.7.0.

PG developer is currently on holiday, investigation will continue with them upon return.

I had look at 0.0.6 seem to be not correct.
