It is unclear how to run the hydrant what some of the source do.

Please add better configuration examples with:

command line synopsys
configuration options for each source
configuration options for flows/targets (eg where do you specify Samsara's endpoint)
clarify better the steps required to run hydrant (build, create config file with example, run with this cmd line)
add links to how to obtain twitter keys
