Spellchecking

It would be nice to have spellchecking in the reply and submit selftext text boxes. Maybe it would be done like the way uberwriter does it: https://github.com/UberWriter/uberwriter/blob/master/uberwriter_lib/gtkspellcheck/spellcheck.py

There is a python library to do this: https://pygtkspellcheck.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

I'm going to push this back to the next release because I don't want to pull in new dependencies for this bugfix release. That will make packaging hard.
