ide-ssr needs a cleanup and an "owner"

The code in that crate is quite dated, and partially broken, some tests are commented out due to changes I did that didn't bode well with its macro handling.

I never really used that feature so I've also got no clue about it, nor do I have the capacity to care about it, so this crate would benefit from someone who is actually using the feature to maybe give it an overhaul.
