It seems the page https://doc.rust-lang.org/cargo/guide/index.html includes some outdated info. The "Cargo Cache" in this page should be replaced by "Publishing on crates.io", right? I notice the the "Cargo Cache" was in this Cargo Guide chapter, but it had already been moved to the Cargo Reference chapter: https://doc.rust-lang.org/cargo/reference/build-cache.html.

Yes that should be aligned with the table of contents.
