Legacy wallets rpc functions

Since Bitcoin core v29.0 completely removed bdb and legacy wallet features, can we consider replicating the same? Just asking from a point of frustration while testing the import functionality using the `import_private_key`. Maybe there are edge cases that they may be useful? idk for sure. Happy to learn.
