I will attempt to transfer the repo into your account, which I think Github will let me do but presumably requires some action from your end.

Failing that, I will just replace the README with a stub, point people to corepc, and archive it.

A couple of points/questions

1. Merely moving the repo will probably break various links in unknown places, leaving a stub README pointing elsewhere probably is the right move.
2. bdk_bitcoind_rpc depends on this crate, maybe BDK could adopt it.
3. corepc isn't (and I don't think it intends to ever be?) a replacement for this crate. I don't think pointing people to corepc is a satisfying solution. Do you have/what is your vision for users that want the kind of functionality this crate provides, going forward?
4. Do you have criteria this crate could meet to remain under the rust-bitcoin umbrella? I have some bandwidth and interest to do things like support newer bitcoind, and I can offer to maybe do first line code review on PRs but I'm not really offering to become a maintainer (my code reviews are of marginal value).
