User story
[As a] gamer
[I want] to trigger the onscreen keyboard with the OXP keyboard
[So that] I can input text

User Acceptance Criteria

[Given] SteamDeck UI is running
[Then] trigger the SteamDeck UI keyboard
[When] a gamer presses the keyboard button

[Given] SteamDeck UI is not focused
[Then] trigger the Pop OS keyboard
[When] a gamer presses the keyboard button

[Given] a game is running
[Then] trigger the SteamDeck UI keyboard
[When] a gamer presses the keyboard button
