Dissecting Puki: presentation content does not display #21530

Describe the bug
When viewing the Dissecting Puki Flash presentation with Ruffle, the presentation content does not display.
Sometimes the entire presentation shows up as blank/undefined, like this:
Sometimes the slides do show up, but the actual slide images are blank:
Expected behavior
The presentation content should display.

Additional information
The problem seems related to timing and streaming loading. A fresh load with cleared cache results in the first image; with cache you are likely to see the same result as the second image.
