replace the unit of "proportion" of FAREA_BURNED from E3SM raw output 

The unit of FAREA_BURNED variables from the E3SM raw output is "proportion" that is not compatible to the CF units.  To support the direct benchmarking of the E3SM raw output, the unit "proportion" need to be replaced to "1" in the Variable object.
