version tag #29
Description
add a top-level version tag to envstack files so they can be versioned and correlate to specific versions of envstack. default version should be 1:
version: 1future versions may encode a different version and would not be backwards compatible. for example if custom data types were implemented then these envstack files would not be backwards compatible, or at least the data types would not be supported in older versions.
