Currently, the application title is 'com.ubuntu.developer.rschroll.beru'. It should be 'Beru'. The window title is 'Books' on the Library page, 'Get Books' on the Get Books page, and the same as the header for the various remote resources. Instead, it should be 'Beru' for all of these cases. While reading a book, it should be the book title, not 'com.ubuntu.developer.rschroll.beru'.

There doesn't seem to be a good way to override the window title all the time, but for a single page that will only be at the top of the PageStack, it's possible. The window title is most annoying for the BookPage, so set it for that one. Ref. #48.

It appears that the long-term plan for the UTK on the desktop is to remove the title bars and have CSD windows. (Though this isn't firm.)
