Update NTP server from Home Assistant

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I don't give my amcrest doorbell cameras internet access so the times are wrong. I'd like to update their ntp servers so they get correct time.

I'd like a way to update the NTP servers from the home assistant UX

Describe alternatives you've considered
I am also considering trying to see if I can get my dhcp server to hand out an NTP server.
