今は 0b11111111 にしているが, GC含有率を計算することなどを考えると, 0 にするべきなのだろうか.
CG含有率など, 特定の塩基を検索する場合は N を除外するべきか?

Nを含める計算と含めない計算両方を作るという考えはありそう.

現状, 以下の通りとした.

  • N は 0b11111111 で定義.
  • 相補鎖の算出では N -> N となる.
  • 複合塩基の合計数の算出では N を無視するか否か選択できる.
