Display Dataframe without shifting

I just have a small question:

df = DataFrame({'Simithaaaaaaaaa'}, 0, 0, 0, ...
    'VariableNames', {'test1', 'test2','test3','test4',},...
    'RowNames',{'ROW'});

gives

df = 

                 test1          test2    test3    test4
           _________________    _____    _____    _____

    ROW    'Simithaaaaaaaaa'    0        0        0    

1. Could it be resolved?
2. Open df in workspace, I cannot find a way to show the Dataframe as a table above. Matlab's table function can do it:

LastName = {'Smith';'Johnson';'Williams';'Jones';'Brown'};
Age = [38;43;38;40;49];
Height = [71;69;64;67;64];
Weight = [176;163;131;133;119];
BloodPressure = [124 93; 109 77; 125 83; 117 75; 122 80];
T = table(Age,Height,Weight,BloodPressure,...
    'RowNames',LastName)

So, I can view T in Variable panel as a table.
