Enhancement: Allow for embedding creation by keyword + Update Tab UI

Title.

As a user, I would like the ability to create a new embeddings collection of a specific set of materials without disrupting or modifying existing embeddings created from other materials.

As such, I would like the ability to create a collection of embeddings based on a keyword shared by all desired items.

Success is that as a user, I may be able to select/enter one or multiple keyword(s), and have embeddings generated for all items associated with that keyword(s).
