Damnnnnnn, wow that is freaking AWESOME. I just tried it out, and it great! Way better than CLI stuff I've ever managed to make.

(Super nit, but while it's still early in the project, it might not be the worst idea to change --db-url -> --database-url and RIVER_DB_URL -> RIVER_DATABASE_URL just so it doesn't use a different convention from the main River CLI, which would be a little confusing probably.)
