Setup a homepage

As there is a lot of functionality in Pure Maps, it would be helpful to have user-oriented homepage. It should be hosted using github pages, as done with OSM Scout Server. Among other things, it should include

• list of platforms where it works, ideally with screenshots
• list of functions
• list of providers
• explain how to use offline
• for more complicated functions (GPX & GPX Smart, for example), small howtos

placeholder has been added, now it has to be extended. Homepage is under docs subfolder

I hope it renders well on desktops, can't control since i do everything on a pmos mobile phone...
