OSM maps access issue after update

Hello community,
after the recent update (3.1.5) osm maps gives the error: "loading style failed: connection refused" ("Verbindung verweigert" in my language).
Pure Maps refuses working offline, however... Tried new installation without success. Any idea how to fix this?
Possibly/seems the automatic app opening by for exemple PureMaps doesn't work properly...

If this is Ubuntu Touch, please use the following "fix":

Note: On updates from versions before 3.1.5, you may find the background service to constantly fail. In that case, use the following workaround (only necessary once):

1. Navigate to Settings and disable automatic start and confirm (arrow in the top right).
2. Navigate to Settings and enable automatic start and confirm.
3. Close and open the App once more.
