Add a make function to calculate the config include path for a module #74

Currently, the module level adaptabuild.mak file needs to specify the include path for any project/mcu specific config files, like this:

$(MODULE)_INCPATH += $(ROOT_PATH)/$(SRC_PATH)/$(PRODUCT)/config/$(MCU)

It would be better to allow the user to avoid knowing about external variables (and their quirks) by allowing something like this:

$(MODULE)_INCPATH += $(call make_config_path)
