Feature Request: PowerLoraLoader Randomize Lora Toggles and Weights when Seed changes

So i managed to enable randomize lora toggles and weights, so far it works but wanted randomize when the seed changes

I can't for the life of me get it to randomize when the seed changes

I think this would be a useful feature

Randomize selects random loras, the weights add up to 1

Would love for it to work with a seed
