Expose additional information to server functions.

Hi,

I think there could more information provided in the loader/action functions. For example, I believe there is no way to access matches in these functions, but it is available for the meta function. Additionally, I have a use case where it would be helpful to have the current route id available within the server functions for automatic localized message loading.
