The problem

With bootc being pushed with various products by Red Hat (ie RHELAI), performance tests will need to be ran against bootc based hosts.

Expected Behaviour

Zathras should have configuration options to set sane defaults for bootc hosts.

Actual Behaviour

Zathras needs manual configuration for bootc based hosts.
