🐛 RZB-2500023: Individual State map page laid completely in center

Describe the bug

sidebar should be on left and content should comes in center like all other pages.

check in bigger resolution of screens: 3072*17228

Also the links of Wiki are given twice . add state website near state name and remove bottom one

What did you expect to happen?

all pages layout should be same;
