Hello! Sorry for the delay. I am a new contributor and can try to answer your question. In short, I believe the answer is no, React Native Elements does not yet officially or reliably support React Native Windows on the Fabric architecture for production use.

React Native Elements relies on the underlying platform's support for native modules. While the React Native Windows team is actively migrating their platform to Fabric, the ecosystem is not yet mature. Specifically, most third-party community modules, including the dependencies that RNE uses, are not yet ported or reliably working on the RNW Fabric architecture.
