Enhancement request: 3-way sorting with always-visible indicators

It would be nice if you could click on a sorted column to toggle between ascending, descending, and NO sorting (original order), rather than just ascending and descending. (To support this you could, e.g., add a hidden field to each row with the original order index.)

Also, please add an option to show the up/down sort arrows or SOME sort of indicator always for all sortable headers. Otherwise user has hard time discovering sortability, and whole table jumps if the column header is wider than the content.
