Not sure if this is intended. I'm using the Arc Browser Version 1.79.1 (58230) / Chromium Engine Version 132.0.6834.160.

Even when I go to the "wallets" page, I am unable to edit appearance as well.

Currently expected behavior! We haven't released that feature yet.
