Railsinstaller should check for ~/.rvm on installation and warn user that it will hide railsinstaller

extending the idea:

if there is no RVM in system - install to $HOME
if there is only one RVM - install to it
if there are multiple installation - ask user where to install

mpapis mentioned this issue

Certain /usr/local/* items have group "rvm" #15
