In the past few days, the build started breaking on Windows:

I've opened a bug report upstream because it looks like the latest github actions runners for Windows 2022 have broken the bcrypt_pbkdf gem: net-ssh/bcrypt_pbkdf-ruby#24

Was fixed in bcrypt_pbkdf-ruby v1.1.1.
