Describe the bug

Making any request to https endpoint results in an error:

@yurii-kryvosheia I'm not going to work on anything that involves CloudAMQP. They directly make money off of RabbitMQ and contribute virtually nothing back.

When TLS is enabled, rabbitmqadmin v2 expects a CA certificate [bundle] file to be provided.
