Clarify how the licenses are applied to the content

Mainly, the blog is not covered by the APL 2.0 and the MPL 2.0 licenses.
It remains the intellectual property of Broadcom and can't be
redistributed.

The Trademark Guildelines page was converted to Markdown in the process.
The only functinal change is that mentions of VMware were replaced by
Broadcom.
