Publish latest dashboards to grafana

Dashboards are regularly updated in this repository, but dont get published to grafana dashboards

e.g. RabbitMQ-Overview.json was updated 4 months ago but last published on 2023-12-27T14:52:50.

Published the latest dashboards

Get directly form here, but best practise is to import from grafana

"Regularly updated" is a bit of stretch unfortunately but indeed we didn't upload that most recent version.
I'm currently working on another update and will upload when I'm done.

By the way, if you have any feedback about the dashboard(s), it'd help me as I work on them. I'm interested in things like:

• what information is not there, that you wish was there
• is any of the information inaccurate or confusing
• if you use other dashboards (apart from the Overview) - same questions for them
• positive feedback also welcome ;) if there's something you really like about the dashboards, it'd be great to know
