Unable to RUN make dist for rabbitmq_auth_backend_ldap.

To Reproduce:

git clone https://github.com/rabbitmq/rabbitmq-server.git
cd rabbitmq-server/deps/rabbitmq_auth_backend_ldap/
make dist

The make dist command is failing with below error

I will convert this issue to a GitHub discussion. Currently GitHub will automatically close and lock the issue even though your question will be transferred and responded to elsewhere. This is to let you know that we do not intend to ignore this but this is how the current GitHub conversion mechanism makes it seem for the users :(

The exception comes from the Elixir standard library. Make sure you have a supported Elixir version installed. There is no reason not to use 1.10 or 1.11 on Erlang 22 or 23.

Thanks, it resolved after updating the elixir to 1.10
