in summary page (index.html) do not show subfolders

For the way nginx is set up in qiita, if you click on a subfolder it will raise a "Access to qiita.ucsd.edu was denied"; however, these files are required for correct display of information. The issue here is that we should not list any subfolders in the summary. In other words, just list top files.
