Allow Paired Samples Mode #1012
Description
This is probably not alpha 0.1 release.
There should be a mode for paired sample analyses (for example Procrustes, correlation between OTUs and Metabolites, etc) which restricts the samples in the analysis to only samples which exist in both data sets. This could also open up the paired methods (procrustes, etc).
