Move the parser, updater and dependency classes into their own submodules

• move stuff out of the parser module:

- dparse
| - flavors
   | - __init__.py
   | - requirements.py
   | - tox.py
   | - conda.py
   | - dockerfile.py

• write an api spec that is able to discover available parsers
