Reason for request

My 2FA app (duo) says "Account disabled" for Pypi. Not sure why, it's been a while since I created this user. I may have switched phones? Anyways, I am ready to push some packages and I need my account to be associated with my work e-mail address.

For now I am creating a second user ´oyvindfoss´ with another e-.mail address but I am hoping I can merge the accounts.
