Hello @jaraco, Have you tried to email the owners of the project as well? Please follow the guidelines for filing a PEP 541 request, thanks. |
I've received some response from the maintainer (all in open issues). They seem to have abandoned the project, but also only wish to hand it off to someone who has established a reputation with the project, so they're also unwilling to share maintainership. I haven't made any private inquiries outside of the referenced issue. My recommendation - let's leave this request on hold while I work out avenues in casperdcl/git-fame#96. |
Hi @jaraco, Thanks for contacting the maintainers. If the maintainers have stated that they only wish to hand it off to someone who has already worked on this project, then according to PEP 541 rules, we need to respect those wishes. I understand that this might be disappointing news to hear, but I suggest re-opening a new request if something changes. |

The project appears abandoned. It's got some useful behavior that I'd like to maintain and support.
