Reasons for the request

We created the wrong username.
We only realized after sending the project.
We deleted the project, deleted the user and recreated it correctly now.
But the name of the project we cannot use anymore.
We managed to come up with the letters in Uppercase, but we wanted to use it lowercase.

I believe PyPI package names are case insensitive, so PIXPDV and pixpdv are treated the same. Let us know how you would like to proceed.
