Can a piece of code using pybind11 can be both embed and python lib without changes

Hi,

I'm developing an application that can be used either as a python interpreter using embedding or be installed as a python library. Currently my solution is to use compile flags to switch the embed include and whether i use PYBIND11_EMBEDDED_MODULE or PYBIND11_MODULE. But this is cumbersome for deployment ...

For this reason I'm trying to have generic code that works in both cases. Hence my question can both exist at the same time in a c++ code ?
