feature request: mesh support

Hello! I would find it helpful to be able to visualize meshes. The use case is that we often create meshes from segmentations and it is nice to be able to view them together for QC purposes. For me, triangular meshes would be sufficient, but I'm not sure how others feel. In terms of rendering, being able to toggle the visibility of the edges and being able to color the elements (by node or by face) would be nice.

No worries if this is out of scope - just registering my interest 😄

Just to link the ngff mesh discussion that is happening: ome/ngff#33
TL;DR: 100% agreement to just use neuroglancer precomputed for now.
