enh: contribute to OSS: missing discussion of linking to the open issue and also has an empty bullet #142
Description
Notice that the lesson below doesn't tell the user to link to the issue using
closes # or addresses # even tho it's in the screenshot. Adding this will allow the maintainer to close the issue when the pr is merged automatically. We want to clarify that this is important to include in the issue body.
