Wings Connection Error ig

hello i am currently trying to connect my wings with the panel

in the node list its shown as living but when i go into the overview of the node its still loading
and when i try to create a server or smth it says: Could not establish a connection to the machine running this server. Please try again.
and i get this error out of the browser console:

GET https://node.example.com/admin/nodes/view/5/system-information 504 (Gateway Timeout)

any help is much appreciated
