We should provide a management ui that optionally integrates with otel to show
- all queues and tasks
- basic metrics
- drill-down into executions via traces
- state of executions
- possibility to interact with queues and executions (e.g. restart, start manually etc)
it should be deployable via a single binary and connect directly to the db to fetch data.
