The ubuntu package was been updated to 24.04 in https://github.com/psc-code/psc-infrastructure/commit/52de461978c06e77a93a6cd528984f6251433cbb, but it is still named 20.04 in both the package (https://github.com/psc-code/psc-infrastructure/pkgs/container/psc-cpp-ubuntu-20.04) and in the workflow itself.
