FIX: links for freetype and libxml2

Freetype:

download.savannah.gnu.org returns 502 on any file in releases/freetype/freetype-old/ as far as I checked. download-mirror works fine.

libxml2:

Whole xmlsoft.org has been moved to gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libxml2.

Can confirm that libxml2 moved to gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libxml2. But the problem with freetype seemed to be temporary. Last year I've had similar issues with faad2 and flac as well as with libxml2. It's just something that happens with old files.

Yesterday I built whole ps3toolchain without any problems just by changing libxml2 URL to aforementioned link to libxml2-2.7.8.tar.xz at gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libxml2 and updating tar arguments accordingly. Before that, I compared the checksum of the files with contents of the libxml2-2.7.8.tar.gz download from xmlsoft.org, which I have saved from the old days, and I can confirm that their contents are identical. If anyone interested, MD5 sum for libxml2-2.7.8.tar.gz is 8127a65e8c3b08856093099b52599c86 and it can be found in a wild on mirrors, but their longevity is doubtful.
